What we collect
When you submit the consultation form, we collect the name, contact details, website, package preference, industry and business goals you choose to provide. We also collect the submission time and basic network information used to prevent abuse. If your visit URL includes UTM campaign parameters or a GrowthArena candidate ID, we also save those parameters, the current page path and the referring website domain so we can understand which campaign led to the enquiry.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to assess whether your website is a suitable fit for a GEO audit, respond to your enquiry, arrange the service and protect the form from spam. We do not sell enquiry data to third parties or use it to build profiles unrelated to your enquiry.
This attribution process does not set cross-site tracking cookies or retain the referring page's complete query string. We keep only the referring website's domain. To avoid losing campaign attribution when you view this page, the campaign parameters listed above are stored temporarily in session storage for the current browser tab.
How we store it
Form data is first stored on the server used by this website and is not collected through a third-party form platform. To handle an enquiry promptly, the system may send the necessary fields to a restricted Feishu workgroup that we control. Feishu is used only for internal notifications and does not replace the original server record. We restrict group membership and server access, and remove the data after the business purpose has ended.
Do not submit sensitive credentials
Do not provide passwords, cookies, API keys, identity documents, bank details, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information. We do not need any of these to assess whether GEO work is appropriate for your website.
Your choices
You may use the contact channel through which you previously reached us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry data, except where applicable law requires us to retain it.
